A highly effective and gentle form of therapy designed to affect and enhance the functioning of the CranioSacral System.  The system is composed of the bones, membranes and fluid, which surround and envelop and nourish the brain and spinal cord.  CranioSacral Therapy utilizes a very small force, usually less than an ounce, to avoid engaging the resistance of the tissue.  By working with the body rather than against it, CranioSacral Therapy is capable of affecting profound changes without pain or discomfort.  A few of the symptoms that this work has corrected includes headaches, neck or back pain, chronic pain anywhere in the body, dizziness, low energy, ringing in the ears, attention deficit issues, vision problems, sleep disorders, TMJ, depression, and digestive issues.  This type of therapy is also highly recommended for the very young or elderly.
